The design of the pump includes a loading branch pipe, an intensification chamber, a diffuser and a compressed air supply pipe with an injection nozzle.
The transported powdery material is fed into the mixing chamber (intensification chamber), picked up by a jet of compressed air supplied under pressure from a nozzle and then transported through a pneumatic network. Air is supplied through shut-off valves with process pressure control. The intensification chamber is flanged to the diffuser and equipped with a check valve that prevents the compressed air from blowing back into the loading area.
In the lower part of the chamber there is an air box, which helps to loosen the supplied material and prepares it for transportation in the pipeline.
